Default 30 day shred?

Can someone explain what this is to me? And where do I get it? lol

Is it something I can use even though I'm really fat & out of shape?

I havent started it yet, but I got it and Im going to start it on the 15th. Its a 30 day program by Jillian Micheals (from Biggest Loser). Apparently it is wonderful and you can see results really quickly if you honestly stick to the program. It is a good butt kicking, but that is the case with any good work out. Im also big and out of shape, but if you just do the best you can with it, it will get easier every day...thats my theory anyway.
I say give it a shot! Im going to! If we suck at it at first then we can only get better the more we do it.
BUT I havent actually done the program yet....Im sure that experienced 30 day shredders would have more to add.

when i first started i gave up after 4 minutes now im on my second month So no matter how out of shape you are start slow and you will eventually finish the whole thing . And it is VERY worth it.

Default good work out

I have to agree with the previous poster...when I first tried this I was about 30 lbs heavier. It was hard but I just did the best I could (couldn't do a jumping jack at that point without pain). Now I can make it through the workout and feel good. I like that it can be a quick workout when you are running short on time...easy to fit into any day! It's available on DVD from almost any place that sells exercise dvd's (i.e. Amazon). Good luck!
