Default Gum

Do you count the calories of the gum you chew?

I aim for 1200 calories in food per day and allow myself one pack of gum at 75 calories.

Just curious what others do.

If it was 75 i would prolly count it. I know if its just a 5 cal stick of sugar-free gum i dont count it. But if i chew lets say bubble gum at 25 cals a piece i count

If its sugar free, that usually means less than 5 cals per piece, so I don't really count it (unless I go crazy and eat a whole pack in an hour, but that doesn't really happen).

If you're sure you're gonna chew the whole pack in a day, it's probably countable- otherwise, no big deal.
