Hello everyone! I started back at square one today. I'm feeling pretty good about it. I originally started SB back in May, and I lost about 30 pounds. Then I just... got bored? got lazy? tasted forbidden fruit (in this case: chocolate

) one too many times, and I slipped off the slippery slope. So today I've rededicated, and I'm planning on doing Phase 1 for at the very least 1 week, to combat my sugar cravings and get back on track. I need to be in control, otherwise I'll never survive Christmas! I feel so yucky when i go off-plan, and i feel great when i stick to it. I just need to remember these good feelings, through the good days and the bad.
