AB Rocket
I've seen infomercials for the AB rocket a few times. My friend is getting one for Christmas from her mom. Have any of you purchased this item? Or do you know anybody who owns this product? If so have you or your friends seen results? Does this product really work? It says it has cushion for your back when you use it and it keeps you from straining your neck. I have back problems cause when I do sit ups on the floor I have space between my back and the floor and I'm always straining my neck when I do sit ups on the floor.
