Default wednesdays food diary

Not sure where else to put this so i thought here would work. If even one else would like to write theirs too, feel free.

Lunch: Subway turkey footlong on wheat with pepper jack chz: -700

Dinner: 1/2 ceasar light blt salad: -200,
1 cup of soup:-180
1 1/2 chicken brst: -300

TOTAL: 1380

YEAH!!! I did better than I thought! And i did no muching in between

Wheres the breakfast and veggies/fruits

B-banana and 1/4 cup oats

L- 2 english muffin pizzas (turkey pep, cheese, sauce)
10 grapes
2tbs spinach on my pizza cause i dont like it..lol

D- ham sammie with green beans

S- apple, cheese stick and some preztels and I had dark chocolate tonight

I came in around 1600 so im low today but ill make up for it tomorrow cause we have playdate so im eating out.

I wasnt stavng but i worked 8 hrs between those meals , i did get lots of veggies in on my sub and salad and soup

I couldn't eat that little and infrequently. I absolutely must have breakfast or I'll die before my first snack. My usual day consists of:

B: Cottage cheese/boiled egg or egg and whole wheat & flax english muffin
L: Soup or tuna on 1/2 whole wheat pita w/ lettuce & tomatoes
D: 1/2 chicken breast with tons of veggies

Snacks (AM, PM and sometimes evening): fruits, yogurt, veggies and sometimes a 100% frozen fruit bar (no added sugars) or a sugar free pudding cup.

I alternate these around with some other variety thrown in to make sure I get enough protein and not too many carbs in a single day (recovering carb addict).

I stay around 1500-1600 calories which is sufficient for my weight. But I have to eat throughout the day to keep my metabolism up and to not be flat out hungry. I'm just starting out but this is very maintainable and very practical for me.
