I started SB on Monday. I have a blog where you can read up on me. I'm hoping this will be what I need...I'm a total starch freak. Hoping to change that and get rid of 25-30 lbs since baby #3 (17 months ago now!!).

I can't stress highly enough that you really should read the book BEFORE starting the diet. Without the book, you're not able to make the right choices to make Phase 1 work as well as it should.
Yeah, got it. For now I've got the list and I'm following the best I can. But I will for sure read it when I get it. If I find I've not been doing it right, I can always start over (maybe even after a day or two break). I'm doing really well so far! I started Monday and I'm down about 3 lbs.
