Newbie lol
Heyy i signed up just a little while ago! I'm really excited to join this because i have a problem with motivation lol not to mention i have a lot of quesitons. I don't know i think i've always had a problem with the way i looked, never completely satisfied and i'm sure a lot of people on here can relate that way. I'm always frustrated with myself and mad that i ate this or that. Most days i'm obsessed with what i eat; i constantly count every calorie i eat each day and a lot of the time i'll eat things despite i know it has a lot of calories or i'll eat because i think i have to at the time or because i know it'll taste good when i'm really not all that hungry and then i'll feel extremely bad afterwards. So maybe this is what i need to get started, a clean slate. =)
