My intro: 32 yo female... 2 kids & happy hubby. I'm short on time and motivation, never lost the baby weight after baby #2... Back in the day I was extremely active. I ran a turkey trot 5k on Thanksgiving... took most of what I had to keep going... once I finished, I sure did miss the old me... so I'm here ready to try and get some of that back.
I'm not sure exactly what my plan is... but I'm sure I'll need community help to be successful at whatever it ends up being!
