My name is Bonnie and I just joined here today. I have let myself get HUGE over the last few years and started (finally) dieting and exercising at the end of August. I have lost 23 pounds but seem to be in neutral right now. During my work week I do really well, seems like my days off are the killer...being around the family (who are all skinny boys and can eat pretty much whatever they want).
I started counting calories/fat/sodium but now am following Weight Watchers. I have a treadmill at home and I am on it 5-6 days a week for 20 minute interval training. I am hopelessly addicted to weighing myself which is making me bipolar with the daily ups and downs. I am considering throwing away my scale. I do know that my clothes are all baggy on me now...my legs and butt have gone down faster than my belly, so my clothes look a lil funny. I'm thinkin a new pair of jeans would be a nice pick me up!!
