so after having a wikid week last week (lost 4lbs) i gained 2 pounds in 2 days while still op i serrrriously dont get it. and now i am in pittsburgh (im from toronto) and every time we eat it is out and it is impossible to eat healthy and i cant even image what my weight is going to be. im seriously going to be pissed if im back to what i was or worse even higher. it took me forever to get over this last plateau its goign to suuuck if i got right back. hating life.

I'm sorry fleming. Maybe you're just retaining water or you gained some muscle? Losing weight is so frustrating, especially when we're OP and end up gaining weight.

maybe your body is taking longer to acept the changes, maybe next week youll lose twice as much!

Stay on plan! Don't give up now, you made it through the hardest part! Do you watch the Biggest Loser? remember how they will have 1 or 2 great .osses and then almost nothing for 1 or 2 weeks, then a big loss again? I bet that's what your body is doing. Don't give up now!

keep to what you were doing and it will come off. 2 days could well be water weight and it's not usually advised to weigh yourself that often (thoguh we all do it right?). if you keep to your plan then the weight will drop off.

I would bet that those two pounds you gained back are as sign that you didn't actually lose four pounds of fat last week- you probably lost a couple of pounds of water, which is the only thing that will come back really quickly like that. Don't worry so much about it, you're losing in the long run, and that's what counts.
