I use Calorie King (it is free as a lookup tool), I also use Fitday for my daily logging (it's free to set up an account online - there is an option to pay for a PC version) and My Daily Plate (I like this as a lookup tool for stuff that isn't in Fitday).
I like Fitday (as opposed to the spreadsheet I used before) because I can run reports and check ratios like percentage of calories from protein/fat/carbs. I also track my exercise.
No matter where or how you do it - I swear by tracking. For me it has been a key to my success.
