Hello All!!!!

I have started the Fit 4 plan (on my own). I am doing both the Fitness and The Nutrition portions at the same time. I have not found a group in my area doing it so I bought the Faciltator Kit myself and doing it as a self paced program.

I was wonderng if anyone else was also doing this. And if so how is it going, do you like it.... etc.

Maybe we could buddy up or something.....
