    Just a quick note to say hello! I joined 3FC back in 2006 and with a GI diet and exercise, my weight went from 17 stone 10 lbs to just under 15 stone. Then my weight plateaued, I got into a relationship and my weight went up to 6 stone 6 lbs.

    I'm disappointed in myself for taking my eye off the ball but I'm having another crack at losing the weight. I turn 40 in April and would really like to lose a good chunk of weight by then.

    I'm calorie counting now and exercising, and crossing my fingers it works. I've been lurking for a few weeks but would really like to get active on the boards again. I have to say looking at the tickers of people's weight loss has been inspiring!

  • back! You'll find lots of support here and really good info too. I am a calorie counter too and never thought I'd have success with that until I found 3fc and learned how to do it right. Glad to have you here!

    You should be able to get a good chunk off by your 40th. Keep at it, girl!
