Oh gosh.. drink PLENTY of water. Right now..

All of that fiber at once is going to wreak havoc on your digestive tract if you don't drink plenty of water with it.

I agree, drink lots of water today, especially if you don't already drink a lot. And, don't feel bad, just deal with the fact that it's done and move on. The day doesn't have to be ruined, just do better from this point on.

its called binge eating i use to do it alot...now if i feel like a binge is coming on...I throw away what ever it is thats setting it off..then I usually take a shower or chew some gum to get my mind off of it.

once i ate 5 with peanut butter and fluff on them. Seriously like everyone has said drink plenty of water. I didnt and was god awful sick for a week.

well if someone else did it ..I don't feel quite as bad.
THis dieting is so hard,especially when I use food to punish other people.

i do that too. strange because in reality all its doing is punishing yourself, but in the moment it makes sense.

Don't use food to punish a man! All you are doing is punishing yourself. Think about it, his day is going to be the same whether you binge or not... Yours however, will not. Don't let it ruin your day, we all fall off track. Just last night I had a piece of Cookie & Creme cake w/ my husband & daughter because it was my husbands 30th birthday. It's all good, I got right back to healthy today! You can do this! You have already lost 22 lbs, don't you feel soooooo good about yourself?

i do love being 22 lbs lighter.
but thats also frustrating its taken 4 months to lose 22 lbs.
Its hard to get out of using food for every emotion.
BUT one good feeling .I swore I'd never give up diet soda. I had a 3 + liter a day habit. Now I may have one 8 oz a week. I don't even finish that.
I guess I'll get back into the swing of things.
but maybe ONE Fiber one Bar at a time.

22 pounds in 4 months is 5-1/2 pounds a month. That's an excellent rate of weight loss!

Just like everyone said above, DRINK lots of water.
I just had the worst week EVER... ever ever. Since I began this whole journey and still managed to lose 2 pounds. Sometimes your body will suprise you when you least expect it. So don't feel too bad.

If you keep going at that rate, you'll be at your goal at the end of May - just in time for bathing suit weather.

22 lbs in 4 mnths is GREAT! makes me think if I had really stuck to this like i said 4 months ago...i could be 22 lbs lighter! im 189 id be 167!!!!!! your doing great!

Don't you just feel good all over not drinking all of that soda?? I know I do... I thought that I could NEVER give up Pepsi ONE and would actually go out late at night to get a bottle but now I drink a 20 oz soda once every couple of weeks and my body thanks me for it!!!

Cartp & didjaever: I totally hear you guys on the soda. I was a soda ADDICT! And I didn't even drink diet or anything, just regular ol' Coke. :-) I never thought I'd be able to give it up but I'm so glad I did. I think of all the empty, useless calories and I CRINGE! SO BAD! Now, I only drink soda if I go out to eat with DH & daughter, and I only have 1 diet. I think the weight has come off just because I'm not drinking soday anymore! Water & Crystal Light all the way ladies!
