Default 5 Pound Challenge #37

Hey all!
Everyone is welcome, join at any time!

Here's what to do: Just post your SW (starting weight), your CW (current weight) and your GW (goal weight). Weigh in whenever you like and come tell us about it! You can weigh in as often as you like, some of us do it everyday or as little as you prefer.

The first one to hit five pounds lost gets to start the next thread!

Well, my goal weight is way below my current maintenance range so I doubt I will get there. But it's nice to see!

JJ- You DO! You're totally stoked over C25K, which has to be a zillion times more invigorating! You know what I mean, when you complete another week of it - it's a victory. I get more excited over new physical achievements at the gym, than the weight. I'm constantly whooping it up at the gym, very loud.

Whooo hoo! Congrats Ashley!

SW: 167.2
GW 162.2

I did my regular 30 mins of weights last night and then went to the treadmill instead of the elliptical. I can see that if I'm going to run, I'm going to have to find a much *much* better sports bra. Any suggestions y'all? I am currently a 38D (about - I'm sorta between cup sizes now) and it's all quite bouncy when I'm running.

yep.. I feel your pain sista-friend 38DD here!
I double-up - 1st layer-sports bra, 2nd layer-tank top w. built in bra, 3rd layer-workout top.

Hope this helps
