Hello everyone! Just a little bit about myself to get started. I lost 75 lbs on WW several years ago after the birth of my 2nd child. I got to goal Feb 05 and stayed there for about 18 months and then slowly but surely I have been putting weight back on. SO here I am almost back to square one after I swore I would NEVER gain the weight back. I have been trying to get on track with WW but can't seem to get myself motivated.
I recently heard about a book called Crack the Fat Loss Code and have started that program today. I am thinking a change in my lifestyle is what I need right now.
