I was hoping that today would be my date to hit onelander but it was not to be. I am at 200 which is still a loss so will take it and work hard to get below that!

Mez - you are soooo close! That's awesome for you and encouraging for me!

I came in at 314.0 this morning. 2.8 pounds less than my weigh-in last week. Yay! My goal is 3 pounds a week while I'm in the 300's so that works nicely!

Mez you are sooo close!!!! Congrats on the losses everyone!

I've lost 3lbs

Last week I weighed in on wednesday but didn't start my plan until thursday. I was reallllllly off plan on wed so I've always used my weight from thursday since it was a pound higher and thats the date I started eating OP.

I know 3lbs is good, and I should be happy for it, and in a way I am, but I just expected more. This was my first week. I figured at least 5, especially with water weight. It just feels so little. My short term goal is 6lbs by thanksgiving. Thats another week. If I don't lose 3lbs this week then I won't even make my first goal. Any other week I would be ecstatic over 3lbs. It just feels like I should be more w/ the first week. I know the slower the better so I guess that's a good way of looking at it too.

Anywho, 3lbs is still 3lbs so off to another OP day.

Congrats to all the losers and those who've reached a new goal!

I'm down 3lbs this week which means I've gone past my Thanksgiving goal of 210!! Yay!

I actually think I can be at 199 by Christmas! (Or even better, 196, the weight at which I can be considered "overweight" and not "obese"!)

JustWannaBeMe - you are doing great! My first week was tough, too & I don't think I lost as much as you have. Keep it up!

Foxxy - Congratulations on making your goal early! Great job!

I'm down 3.2 lbs this past week!

That's a total of 8.6 pounds lost since I started at the beginning of the month.
