I've lost 3lbs
Last week I weighed in on wednesday but didn't start my plan until thursday. I was reallllllly off plan on wed so I've always used my weight from thursday since it was a pound higher and thats the date I started eating OP.
I know 3lbs is good, and I should be happy for it, and in a way I am, but I just expected more.

This was my first week. I figured at least 5, especially with water weight. It just feels so little. My short term goal is 6lbs by thanksgiving. Thats another week. If I don't lose 3lbs this week then I won't even make my first goal. Any other week I would be ecstatic over 3lbs. It just feels like I should be more w/ the first week. I know the slower the better so I guess that's a good way of looking at it too.
Anywho, 3lbs is still 3lbs so off to another OP day.
