Hi everyone. My name is Lauren and I'm 20 years old.

I've been a member here for a little while, but I've always just lurked so I finally thought I'd come out and say hi.
My sister actually told me about this forum and I'm so happy she did. One of the main problems with sticking to a diet is that I feel like I'm going at it alone. Currently, my weight hoovers between 167-170. I've lost 10 pounds so far, but that was before summer even started. I currently live with my boyfriend and he makes it very clear that he thinks I don't need to lose weight. He supports me for a few days, but if we're passing the ice cream isle or burger king, he tempts me into breaking my diet. It seems like a never ending cycle. Believe me, I try, try, try letting him know how I feel about dieting, but no one seems to listen.
