Betsi, taking vitamin D will help the mood swings with the coming winter months! a friend of mine also bought a special kind of lamp and sits under that for fifteen minutes, which helps his mood swings (and trust me, this guy, I swear is meaner than any female going through PMS, Menopause or birth!
