Default Where did all the fat go?

Has anyone tried Dr. Huizenga's program? I'm just starting to read through it -- seems nicely detailed (love details) -- but wanted to see if anyone else had some experience with it or were interested in trying it out with me.

Thanks,

Barb

I've never heard of it, what's the gist of it?

Rob Huizenga is the doctor from the Biggest Loser and his book (which evidently completely bypassed me the first time) is "Where Did All the Fat Go?" It's the details of the program they gave to the third season "at home" contestants and how that worked out for them. They actually did essentially as well as the at-the-ranch contestants. It has the exercise program (twice a day), the eating program and the "mentality" stuff they did with the contestants (both on and off the ranch).

I'm still reading through and was thinking to start in January. It is a really detailed plan and seems to require a fair bit of commitment but I'm in a place where I have to do something really different.

Thanks,

Barb
