coming back for more!
Hi everyone!
I've been using this forum off and on for years now, just now coming back again ( I tried in october but was too busy to even touch the computer most of the time) after having my first baby a year ago. I struggled with weight issues my whole life. Now I have the motivation to make the changes necessary. I want to be healthier for my little girl, and for any futre kids I may have.
I did great last month and lost a total of 15 lbs... pretty much by just by cutting out sugary drinks and food. Got a little off track on Halloween.. it wasn't the candy either. It was a massive halloween party that threw me off. I'm eating smaller portions and now begining the Biggest Loser home dvd to work out to.
anyways i digress... I really enjoyed the support I got and was able to give when here before. And while my friends are supportive most of them have the opposite problem of being too skinny and wishing they could be "curvier" like me, (It doesn't really hlep though since they aren't having to do what what i am doing. ) I am looking forward to making new friends here and supporting eachother.
