. I started at 265 but I'm 235 now, My goal weight overall is to try to get down to 175lbs. I have changed my diet a bit since I started to lose weight. I noticed I was having A LOT of carbs, and I needed to create a balance. I have started to eat a lot of fruits and veges I have never had before like Eggplant and Zucchini. I eat average amount of meat... but I'm still working on drinking a lot of water... I never have enough of that stuff.
One of the ways I have tried to stop eating so much at one time and rather eating 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day is I'm just thinking of food in a deeper sense of actually being fuel for the body...
I am glad to join you guys and I will try to be motivating too! =) There's no other time to take care of ourselves rather then now right? =)...
