Question Burning Calories on WiiFit...
Does anyone know about how many calories you burn playing some of the things on that?

Heart rate monitor! It'd be the most accurate and efficient way to measure cals burned.

You really need to give more information. Calories burned is based on your weight, height, muscle comp, activity level, and time doing it.

I don't know all of that though...

I guess there is no way of knowing... without one of them heart rate monitors...

Hello, I am new. I looked up the information about calories burned on the Wii Fit and you can find them on a blog I started: WiiPigSooie.blogspot.com (Go Hogs!). You may have to go back to the earlier posts. I am also doing South Beach.
