So.. the night before the "dreaded halloween" potential for candy-bingeing! ... and WHAT do I do????

EAT 2,014 CALORIES!!

But not in candy!

My goal is 1,580 (lol thedailyplate says so, at least..). I did dance today, as well as Wii Fit step for 20 minutes.. but.. I'm sure it didn't help TOO much.

Worst part is that tomorrow is weigh-in. *sigh* I think I'm going to budge Weigh-In to Saturday instead.

Just ranting, by the way

Eh, it's just a maintenance day. Good for the metabolism. Have fun on Halloween. My roomies (my niece & nephews) made jack o'lanterns last night, I got to have the fun without the effort . Roasted pumpkin seeds tonight!

I had a bindge day yesterday myself and low and behold the scales moved down a pound today..I julst dont understand it..and my weigh in day is sat also. Good luck and keep your hand out of the candy today(that goes double for me)!!!

Don't beat yourself up. We all have days like that. I think it is partly the time of year. It is getting dark earlier, cooling off and our bods just want to fatten up, slow down and hunker in for the Winter. You didn't have a really bad day and it shouldn't hurt your overall progress.

Thanks everyone for the support!
It was mostly so discouraging because I was in the process of cooking a mini pizza...which would have been sufficient for my pizza craving, and the BF asked if I just wanted to ORDER a pizza.. so I did.. and a side salad.. (and the dressing..) lol
Ah well. A one day blip in about 30 good days so far
