That happened to me a few times when I had out of control weekends - typically if I ate the crazy food on Saturday I would see the weight until late Wed, it would slowly go back down Thursday & Fri, by Saturday I was back to where I started. I know mine was mostly water from the influx of badness on the weekend, and I hold on the water from binging like my bladder knew I was about to move into the desert or something!
It will settle out, but depending on what you ate it could take another day or so.
It'll be okay sweetie. Just remember this next time you feel yourself reaching for too much of the bad stuff!
