It's all coming back to me now!!! The feelings and habits that make it possible to get this weight off and keep it off! (I obviously need some practice in the keeping it off part of that

)
-Eating healthy food usually tastes just about as good (or better) than crappy food and I feel a whole lot better about myself when I know I've eaten something nutritious.
-I don't have to eat if I'm not hungry, just because other people are eating.
-This IS a lifestyle
-If I'm full, it's okay to stop eating! No prizes for cleaned plates.
-Sometimes I just HAVE to have cake, and that's okay! I can have a few bites of cake, not a WHOLE cake. I am satisfied with that.
-Small changes mean BIG results!
-One bad day doesn't mean it's all for naught. This is not an all or nothing proposition!
