What a great tool! I'm glad I checked it out--normally I'd think that it'd promote false hopes (oh, I'm going to lose 20lbs a week... ), but what it did do was show me what a difference the effort to lose even 1/2lb more a week could do. Thanks, Rikki!

Exactly what I was thinking but then when I looked at it I was motivated to step up my exercise. Just 1/2 more lbs a week would really get me down that path a lot more quickly.
