Default New here

Hi there!

I just signed up for this forum. I started my weight loss plan about 2 months ago, worked hard for a month, ate whatever for a month (but maintained the loss of the previous month) and now I'm getting back on the bandwagon. I have a lot to lose & everyday is a struggle for me. I have battled my weight for 5 years now, and I'm so sick of it. I came on here to get support because I pulled a container of Haagen-Das out of the fridge & needed someone to tell me no! =) Anyway, the biggest reason for wanting to get rid of the weight is that my husband & I are thinking about trying for a baby next year & I don't want to go into it unhealthy & overweight, and then be a high-risk pregnancy.

Thanks for reading. I'll take any advice & especially support. I look forward to getting to know ya'll!!

HI,
I am new here also. Actually, just signed up. I am here to help find motivation to drop some weight because I would like to feel beautiful again. I know you can say beauty is on the inside and I do agree. But, I would like to sit and not have my gut be bigger then my boobs. I am a great starter but then I die.

Thanks for listening and if you need some support I will be here also...

smile,
Kc

Thanks for all your warm welcomes!

garstar - My meal plans are eating 1700 calories a day - I have reduced since losing the first 10 pounds. I try to drink lots of water, but I allow myself to have a Dr Pepper everyday - to me, it's worth the calories. And I have been making low calorie dinners for my husband & I.
As for exercise, I am walking 2.5 miles a few times a week. It's about to get really cold here in Colorado, so I'm going to have to think of something else. I have been eyeing my medicine ball lately, so I think I might do that again since I will be snowed in. =)
