Default calories in olive oil pan spray?

Hi--

I'm a calorie counter and I'm kind of confused. I use olive oil pan spray when making an omelet or grilling some chicken, etc.

On the ingredients list, it says if I spray the pan for only a fraction of a second, then it's considered non-caloric.

*I know I spray the pan for at least a few seconds, though not half a minute, et al.

How do I figure out how many calories I'm actually including in preparing my dishes by using olive oil pan spray? (Or at least an estimation?)

thanks!

A three second spray has about 20 calories and approximately three grams of fat. Here's the link. I looked a while back to find this info too.
