Ok, so I started my diet at 231 lbs. My ultimate goal is around 140, and I am currently 200. Here is my question: I see so many times people lose weight & end up with all this excess skin. Have you, or someone you know, been around my starting weight & gotten down to below 160ish and had a problem with saggy skin? I tend to thinkt his happens to people are alot larger then I was when I started, up over 300 lbs maybe. I am curious to see how some of your bodies have reacted to weight lose and if I have saggy skin too look forward too.....
