Talking Proof the Scale Lies!!!

Ok, so this may not be a big deal but I'm pretty excited.

I have been working out since July 24th. So that's basically three months of working out. I'm sure you guys have seen me complaining how I've lost 7 pounds in the lost 3 months after losing 19 pounds my first month.

I started out measuring chest, waist, stomach, hips, thighs, arms, wrists.... Are you ready for this?

24 inches total!!!!

I can't believe it! I've gone from a size 22 to 16, barely a 16 but I wore those size 16 jeans today!

I wanted to post this for everyone that has been stuck and not losing. The scale lies! It doesn't tell you how many inches you've lost.....

Thank you for everyone that has been there for me! I wanted to give up so many times b/c I was frustrated and you didn't let me! This is just a mile stone, but I've lost 2 ft of myself!!!!!!!

Omg!! That's amazing!! Inches usually mean more than pounds anyways, seeing as how pounds can be altered by muscle weight especially if you've been working out!! WOW! 2 feet that's crazy!!

CONGRATS!! KEEP IT UP!!

WOW, that is so crazy when you think about it that way--2 ft of yourself! What an amazing accomplishment! I know I already told you this, hehe, but I seriously am SO blown away by your hard work, especially in light of the fact that you've kept going even though the scale hasn't been the best at tracking your progress. That is truly inspirational!

Wonderful! Just another example of why we should keep our HEALTH in mind more than just a number on a machine.

Yay! Way to go! 16 is a milestone, it means you don't have to necessarily shop in what my mom used to call the "big girl's" section any more!!!

I just got into 14s for the first time since high school, so I am celebrating with you! You'll breeze right through 16s. Aren't the inches so much more beneficial than the pounds? I think we are too driven by the wrong number sometimes!

Congratulations!!!!! That's so fantastic and what a great feeling it must be!!

It just goes to show that being obsessive about what the scale says everyday is really secondary to how your clothes are actually fitting. That's what I go by.

Keep up the good work!
