I just signed up.

Any tips for making the most of it? I tend to not follow through with these things...

I like to use it the day before and input everything that I'm planning on eating the next day, so that I can see where I should make adjustments to my plan. Then, if I go off plan, that night I just go back and fix it for what I really ate and I can see how it affects my carb/protein/fat ratio and my calories and whatnot. Usually it keeps me more on track to see how good I'm giong to do if I stay on plan, than to input everything after I eat it.

Every night I plan out my meals and then as the day goes on I edit what I eat. I make it a daily routine and stick to it. I also use it to monitor things like fat intake, sugar, and potassium, because I try and keep those within certain ranges.

I've been using it since July and I am practically hooked. I put everything in as I go, it is always a treat to see my allowed calories for the day zoom up after I input my exercise. It definitely helps keep me OP.

Angel - do you know how many calories you were eating on WW points?

I personally think it's whatever works best for you! Try one one week, and the other the next, and see what suits you maybe?

nope garstar...but some things that are about 50 calories are one pt...and I can eat 20 pts..the pts also depend on how much fibre/fat..the more fibre/less fat the lower the pts...but I am wondering that if some days my 20 pts are not meeting the required calories...

hmmm.....so today I happened to eat 23 pts instead of the 20 I am supposed to eat..and on the daily plate it says I still have 168 calories...I am kind of confused and wondering if I should give up following the points and just do the calories..any opinions??
