Stomach Virus and Poor Pouch TMI
Well, this was my first, and I pray to God, my last stomach virus with my new poor pouch (PP)! PP grumbles, PP roared, PP spewed, PP cramped!! I lost five pounds in four days. First time I've been in the 150s in 38 years. So far out of the six out of the eight that were together last Sunday have been out of commission for 2 to 4 days. It was hideous!! When you have a small PP and it is empty, I swore that a couple of times it was going to be turned wrong-side out from hurling. I still can't do a whole lot food wise, but am able to keep liquid down now. I look like a dried out old hag! My stomach, back and legs are sore as heck! But, I"M ALIVE and PP lives on. I tried bipolar chicken today for lunch and no way!!! Just sat there like a lump. Did you ever notice that when you get something stuck and try to drink water, that it just seems to pack it in there worse?!?!? Big time foamies!!!! Well, you all take care. Tell people to keep their darn sick Grandkids at home!! LOL!! I'm suppose to go to a Halloween party tonight. I've got a leopard mini skirt, black tight-waisted jacket with leopard sleeves, black leggins, black and leopard hat. I think I look like a "cat" street walker, but my girls told me to go with it! DD are going as a fairy and the other a hockey player. My sister and her ICU nurse friends are sponsoring this event, so I'm gonna have to take some protein bars, because they don't know how to make anything without sugar or icing!! LOL!! Since I have no boobs, guess I'll have plenty of space to store my water and protein bar!!!!! STAY WELL!!!
