I really want to get back in control after yesterday's horrible food day. I binged and I hadn't done that in a long time.So, can anyone tell me what they did to get back in control after such a bad day? Do I go back to phase 1?
Any help would be appreciated as I am very upset about myself.
When I was in phase 2, I never really had large binges...but I would find myself getting a little too "free" with my eating once in awhile. When I found myself doing that, I would go back to Phase 1 for a few days to nip any cravings and to get myself back on plan. Phase 1 is very strict and really gets my mind in the right place for long term on-plan eating.
When I have an off-plan day, as long as it is just one day, I climb right back onto the Phase 2 wagon. But if you're experiencing uncontrollable cravings, it may be best to go back to Phase 1 for a few days until the cravings are gone.
