Red face Giving it another try

I'm back It's been over a year and I have made no progress. Actually, I have gained 11 lbs. SOOOOO I need something to help me out. I was doing better when I was checking in on this site.
I have started attending a nutrition/exercise program at work that is giving me a different insight to losing weight. I hope with their help and this sites help, I can make some headway and lose some weight. My next step is surgery and I DO NOT WANT THAT.

How did you lose last time? Calorie counting? Watching carbs?

Whatever it was, welcome back!!!

back to the site. Like yourself I find that I am more successful for reporting in here regularly it keep me on the straight and narrow so to speak. I have found it helpful for a whole host of reasons. I am glad that the course you are attending through work is giving you a different insight into losing weight which is maybe what you need.

Good luck with your healthy eating and reaching your mini goals along the way.

It sounds like you have some great support with the exercise/nutrition support at work and everyone here to help you! You can definitely do it, just never give up.

Thanks all of you who replied. That' encouragement in itself!!! I lost it last time on Weight Watcher; just like every other time I've lost BUT gained back. That's why I'm trying a different approach.
