I am new here - just found this site tonight! I am starting a diet and exercise program tomorrow. I have 45lbs to loose - just had my fourth baby on September 4

I am BFing him full time and am on a "healthy foods only" diet while exercising

I just need help sticking with the "healthy foods only" part and the exercise part too!!

This is the first time I have ever really dieted so I am really hoping it works! Any advice on dieting/exercising while nursing would be GREAT - thanks!
