Default Newbie - just wanted to say hi!

I am new here - just found this site tonight! I am starting a diet and exercise program tomorrow. I have 45lbs to loose - just had my fourth baby on September 4 I am BFing him full time and am on a "healthy foods only" diet while exercising I just need help sticking with the "healthy foods only" part and the exercise part too!! This is the first time I have ever really dieted so I am really hoping it works! Any advice on dieting/exercising while nursing would be GREAT - thanks!

Oh! I forgot to introduce myself! I am Kim, 27 years old, mom of four (ages 10, 8, 2, and 1 month), and married 10 years to a military man! I am currently residing in Arizona, but planning a move to North Carolina the first week of November. Life is hectic so I need all the support I can get to stick to this

Thanks for the responses!
I haven't picked a "plan" per se, it is more of just a healthy eating change that I am making along with exercise. I seriously considered weight watchers since they have a nursing mother's program, but with us moving in a month I figured it would be more difficult to stick with personally. My plan is to eat a salad (for me that is just iceburg lettuce with ham on top) for lunch, another salad or a veggie burger (garden burger original) for dinner, and just coffee for breakfast (I've been doing that anyway as it is all I have time for with four kids . For snacks I bought laughing cow cheese, yogurt, and loose granola. That is pretty much it for this week. When I get bored with these food choices then I will look around and choose other healthy options LOL.
My exercise program is a little of everything that I have learned over the years. If any of this works out for me I will definately let y'all know exactly what it is I am doing in case anyone else wants to try. If it doesn't work then I will be picking your brains for ideas!
