I only workout on my days off. But that is 4 days a week.
I work 12 hour shifts. So 6:45 am til 7:15 pm (1/2 hour unpaid break makes the days actually 12.5 hours).
My workdays are up at 4:45, leave at 5:15 to catch the 5:36 train - the trains are spaced so that I will be 5 min late if I catch the next one.

Finish work at 7:15, run to the station, 7:35 train and home by 8:15.
So on the days I work I am away from home for 15 hours. Add dinner, throwing a load of washing on and there is no way I can physically fit more into the day!
I'd love to have the time to do 2 hours exercise every day, but it's not going to happen!
