See newer pics from 1/1/2009!

I didn't really feel like posting these pics, because they don't seem much different to me from the last ones. Kinda surprised me. I think my "assistant" didn't try too hard to take good pics . But here they are! I don't have pics from Day 1 - the starting pic is 2 weeks and 7# in. You can kinda see that my collarbones are coming out. But you can't really see that my arms have some muscle

0. 4/14/08, 197#, waist at least 36.5 (starting point)

1. 4/29/08, 190#, size 16-18, waist 35.375
2. 7/15/08, 170.5#, size 14, waist 32.5
3. 9/28/08, 154#, size 12, waist 30.375

Wow, you can really tell a difference! Definitely noticeable in all the pictures, and the one from the back really accentuates your shape and curves, very nice!
