I totally see the difference...You look like a "normal" (can't find a better word) person now...If I saw you on the street I wouldn't think of you as a fat person...or skinny person.... You would just blend in...like a "normal person"!!!
Congratulations!
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for posting those pix. You look amazing. And it gives me the inspiration I need to keep on track, and to push further. I know I want this, but seeing results from a real person, like this, is really inspiring.
Markoni, I focus on whole foods. I try not to overdo carbs (and I really avoid sugar except in small quantities, and non-whole grains), but I'm not low carb. I eat lots of veggies, several servings of fruit, good fats, beans. I became vegetarian about a month and a half ago, still adjusting to that. I haven't been counting calories since that. Below is a typical day:
S - orange [I have this when I first get up because I exercise for and hour to an hour and a half before having breakfast - jogging or yoga]
B - 1/3c (dry) multigrain hot cereal, 2T pumpkin, 2T flaxmeal, 1/4c soy milk; coffee w 1/4c soy milk, cinnamon & vanilla, 1/2t agave syrup
L - leftover spaghetti squash in leftover frozen black bean sweet potato soup; lemon water
S - mango black tea (hot, 1); 1/4c olive/sun-dried tomato hummus, carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, celery, radish
D - WW spaghetti with curried broccoli/bell pepper/onion, and broiled tofu; 3/4c berry seltzer (no sweeteners) w 1/4c pomegranate juice, splash of white wine
Fabulous !! You look so perfect and have added more inspiration to this pool. You should be really feeling good and I do wish you the very best as you've really done a wonderful job.
