But not new to losing weight/gaining it all back/losing weight/gaining it back and then more/losing weight... you know the cycle
I am 32. I have three kiddo's (7,5 and 2) I've been breastfeeding now cumulatively for 11 years and my youngest just weaned. I am very overweight (I *think* 360ish though my scale only goes to 330) and very much want to get healthy and lose this excess weight.
I'm hoping to make some friends and offer/find some support!
Hi I am new here an all other newbies. I am new too. I too have yo-yo'd with 50 years experience. Well, the first 15 was too young to care. I watched my mom struggle all her life with dieting and then at 60 she gave up and now is at a very nice weight and eats what ever she wants. I tried that but I am so addicted to carbs that I binge too much. So I am trying the blogging and support group method through this site along with healthy eating with portion control and exercise.

I'm a Mom, too, and I know how busy you are. I breastfed my kids too and I just want to say Just put that same dedication to losing weight!

Thank you both for replying! I joined another site that lets me track calories/protien/fat/carbs and nutritional info. It's important to me that I lose weight while remaining healthy! I can cut calories and still have good nutrition you know?
The funny thing is that I am quite the name in the "natural" community in my area. A big time hippie, my kids eat foods no other kids have even heard of, we don't eat fast food/processed/junk...
except me. At night. After the kids go to bed. So my first goal is cutting out eating after 8.
