I'm New To This Forum!! And I Need All The Help And Support I Can Get.
Back In 2003 I Weighed 170 I Was Ready For A Change I Started Dieting And Exercising And Lost 35 Pounds. Kept That Weight Off For Awhile Found The Love Of My Life! And Got Into That Comfortable Stage And Slowly Gained My Weight Back! I Weigh 165 Now 5 More Pounds And I'm Back To My Old Weight Very Unhappy About It I Need To Take Control Back It's Very Hard To Diet When You Have Someone That Doesn't Need To Diet And Can Eat All The Stuff In The World And It Doesn't Go Anywhere. I Try To Get Back On Track And Start Dieting And Exercising And Eventually I Fall Off The Wagon And Go Back To Eating The Stuff I Shouldn't Be Eating. I Want To Have That Body I've Always Wanted So Now I'm Very determined I've Been Dieting And Exercising For A Week Now..
