Hi everyone. I just found this site this morning while browsing for WW Points sites at work. Shh...I'm working I swear. Anyway, I've just started on WW for about the sixth time in my life about 2 weeks ago and I'm hoping I can stick with it this time. It's all about writing everything down. I just have to keep journaling!! Hoping to find some support here.
We've got a great WW section here under Diet Central. I've been using the Flex Plan for 17 months now and have found some wonderful success.
It IS about writing it all down. No matter what. Even if you go over your points, even if you are under, even if you eat cake for the whole day. Just write it down.

WW is great. It is truly the only diet (aka: lifestyle) that has ever worked for me. I have been on it about 5 weeks and I have lost a total of 23 lbs. You can do it !!
