Hello everyone,
I wanted to introduce myself and say hello! Today I have recommitted to my weight loss plan. I'm 52 years old and "mentalpause" is full blown for me. I am struggling terribly with "losing" weight. I just seem to stay the same. I started a running program 3 weeks ago but wasn't really serious about the eating part. I haven't lost any weight, but my clothes are fitting differently.
But I DO need to lose the weight. I hope to encourage you and as well get encouragement from those who have done this. This is really hard, but I have no other choice but to stick with it.
