I did some...especially if I waited too long to drink. Sipping all day long helped but waking up in the morning was difficult. Don't worry too much, but get the water in.
Oh and are you timing when you eat? I know we don't get hungry at that stage so perhaps you are waiting just a little too long to eat?

yeah - i had a few problems with it - it's not nice AT ALL!!!!! but, as Ms ANGEL has said - make sure to drink your water. and it DID get worse for me if i waited too long to eat.
Isn't the weightloss wonderful, but some of the other stuff is awful. I occasionally had the same problem and occasionally still do. Don't know why, but it is a fact. Hang in there. It does get easier you know.
