Hi Everyone!
I remember hearing about this site from one of my Aunts about 2 years ago... and I'm just getting around to being an active member. As a medical student, I've gotten to be really bad about exercising, despite knowing the importance of it. There always seemed like there's something more important to do like study or go to lab or something of that nature. Over the past 3 years I've gained 25 or more pounds and I just can't stand it anymore. So now, I've decided to dedicate time to getting in shape. My goal is to be at a healthy weight -- which means I'll have to lose about 60lbs. I'm up for the challenge!
