Hi everyone,
I need some help from all of you in figuring out what plan a friend of mine can use. He is 6'4" and 240 lbs, not very active (sedentary job) and wants to loose about 40 lbs. Does anyone here know what plan should he start on?
I am on plan 4 and I told him what I eat but I wanted to ask you guys before he actually starts, because I really don't know anything about how they choose plans. I remember reading somewhere on this board that one of the members has the list that they use and she was willing to share it. I don't remember who it was, but if she reads this,,hopefully she will help
Any suggestions?
