Question Great Weight Loss books??

I'm thinking about buying a book, about weight loss success and what not. I've heard of Confessions of a carb queen, and halfassed. Has anyone read these books, or know of any others that are worth the money?. Basically I'm looking for an inspiring personal story about weight loss. Confessions of a carb queen looks quite interesting.

I'm in the middle of Secrets of a Former Fat Girl by Lisa Delaney

now, granted she started her weight loss journey earlier than a lot of us, but the main point of the book is amazing. She has the same feelings that I, and many many ppl go through about their bodies. It's worth the read for sure.

I've read both Confessions of a Carb Queen and Half-Assed, while they are inspiring, neither author goes into detail about the plan they followed, so they aren't great "do it yourself" guides.

I'm also reading Secrets of a former fat girl and can really relate to her and see how the secrets she reveals work

I read a "Such a pretty fat". It's not a weight loss help book, but it really made me think about weight loss differently.

Since I am here, has anyone read the skinny ***** books and are they any good?
