to 3FC, cinlo, and especially to the WW forum.
As the others said, you'll start to remember the points of your favorite foods. I've found it handy, though, to write them down. In the beginning, it can be a little time consuming to figure out your family's favorite recipes, etc., but this activity will give you something to do with your hands when you are tempted to eat an unplanned snack, lol.
Planning the night before, for the next day is invaluable. No guesswork when you're rushed, and no reason to just grab whatever is handiest. I keep track of my menus and points in a 3-ring binder, on school paper. (this is also where I keep my food points info) Others go to Fitday, or use a spreadsheet. With some trial and error, you'll find which is easiest for you.
One of the best things about WW, is that you can eat what your family eats. No "special" meals for you, so you cook the same thing for the whole family.
Let me know if I can help you in any way.
