Newbie alert....

Hi, my name is Liane and I have PCOS.....hee hee sounds like AA or something.

I have dealt with PCOS for my entire life although not truly diagnosed until about 5 years ago.

So I have recently decided to try this IR diet and typed in PCOS and diet and here I am.

I am not having much luck with this diet thus far (2 weeks in) and not a single pound lost. This is also why my diets tend to only last this long. I joined a Biggest Loser group on my BB (pregnancy.org) so I am stuck for another 6 weeks. I am looking to get a little extra support with people that are dealing with this same problem....

I cannot wait to get to know all of you!!!

Hey Liane!

I am another PCOS'er...and you can definitely do this. It might take you a little longer, and it may be a bit frustrating, but in the end, it is possible...and worth it!

I'm glad you've found us, and can't wait to get to know you.
