hello all, i've been checking out this website for a while and have finally decided to sign up. i'm a young female who has constantly struggled with her weight....but more so, issues with self-esteem. even at my thinnest, i've never felt like i was good enough. last year i hit 160 pounds (i'm 5'4 so this was ridiculously overweight) and the year before i was at 123. i am currently at 138-139, having lost 20 pounds in about 4 months from january-april.
my goal is to be back at a nice, healthy weight of 125. my methods have not always been so healthy -- i've struggled with some eating-disorder like tendencies, but i now realize how unhealthy this is. i want to lose these last 15 or so pounds the healthy way, and keep them off
